The volunteers of High Point Fire District responded to a vehicle fire on Lenson Mangum Rd. Upon arrival, a firefighter, using his personal vehicle, attack the blaze with a personal fire extinguisher, effectively extinguishing most of the fire. Engine 21 subsequently arrived on scene and deployed a hose line to ensure complete extinguishment of the fire, preventing further damage to the vehicle.
