Training

Volunteers from High Point Fire District held their monthly training at Carolina Scrap in Pageland. They practiced removing the side of an SUV by cutting the center post and pushing it and the doors down. This technique creates a large opening to quickly get patients out of damaged vehicles. They also focused on the dash lift, which is vital for freeing patients with trapped legs under the dashboard.
