Brush Fire

High Point Fire District responded to a brush fire on Olin Deese Rd. upon receiving a call regarding the incident. Engines 11 and 51 arrived on scene to find a brush fire moving close to a nearby home.

Engine 11 deployed its deck gun and extinguished the flames, ensuring the safety of the residence. Engine 51 remained on standby to provide additional water support if necessary.

Investigation revealed that the fire was ignited by a neighbor burning a debris pile, which ultimately spread beyond control.
